When Visa Global Brand Marketing launched Visa’s brand transformation (Project North Star) in underfunded markets, we wrote and designed an easy-to-use, go-to-market playbook that helps improve global branding consistency. These tools enable regional teams to kick off Visa’s multi-year brand repositioning in their markets.
